Solid Ground Digital ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through solidgrounddigital.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a consultation, accept our Client Service Agreement, or contact us by email or phone, we collect what you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, trade, and your message. When you accept our Client Service Agreement, we also record the date, time, and IP address of your acceptance.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, and the site that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this.
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals, provide and support the services you sign up for, send you emails about your inquiry or your account, improve the Site and our services, and meet our legal obligations.
Form submissions on the Site are saved in Solid Ground CRM, our lead management system, which runs on this website. After you contact us, we may send you a few follow-up emails about your inquiry, for example if we haven't connected yet or after we send you a proposal. Every follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link, and once you use it we stop sending them. If you check the consent box on our forms, we keep a record of the wording you agreed to, the date, and your IP address.
We only send text messages to people who agree to receive them, for example by checking the consent box on our forms. Texts are about your inquiry or your account. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. If you would rather not agree, you can still call us to request our services. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, such as our web host, email delivery and analytics providers, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
We build and host websites for other businesses, and many of those sites use Solid Ground CRM to store the leads and customer information that visitors send them. We handle that information only on our clients' behalf, only to provide our services to them, and never for our own marketing. It belongs to the business you contacted, and that business's own privacy policy explains how it is used. To ask about information you sent to one of our clients, please contact that business directly.
We use cookies to understand how visitors use the Site, to remember where a visitor came from when they fill out a form, and to measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work as well.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link in each email, or reply STOP to any text. You can also ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing info@solidgrounddigital.com. We keep lead and client records for as long as we need them to work with you and keep our business records, and then delete them.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure. The Site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy from time to time, and the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
